Information About me
After escaping medical school, then teaching myself Japanese and software engineering, and then working at a Japanese software company, I can confidently say I love programming and I can teach myself just about anything!
Senior Full Stack Software Engineer and designated technical lead for AI-driven engineering acceleration, with 7+ years building production systems across .NET, Python, Vue, and AWS. At Morningstar, architected the team's AI-assisted engineering harness, worked with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and owned an LLM-driven audio feature using Amazon Bedrock and Polly. Owns delivery end to end across distributed systems, REST and GraphQL APIs, Harness CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
I am also a results-driven leader with years of experience in talent planning, team coordination, coaching and development, and adapting to dynamic startup environments. Experiences across a diversity of fields has made me a unique and well-rounded candidate. I am committed to always improving myself and my work environment.

My Timeline
2025 - present
Full Stack Software Engineer - Morningstar
Designated lead for AI-driven engineering acceleration: architected the team's AI-assisted engineering harness (skill files, scoped context and token budgets, operating-mode guardrails) and mentored senior and principal engineers onto it as their default workflow.
Technical SME for MCP (Model Context Protocol) server architecture, from proposal through production release.
Owned end-to-end delivery of an AI audio feature: .NET services on AWS Bedrock and Polly for LLM-driven SSML synthesis, plus the Vue UI shipping transcript and smart-summary output.
Built a GraphQL API over a knowledge graph, improving content discoverability across the platform.
Designed Harness CI/CD pipelines in YAML for AWS Lambda and ECS deploys, cutting deployment time.
Built an automated Playwright test suite covering smoke, unit, and integration tests.
2019 - 2025
Software Engineer - Santoku Corporation / Rimm.ai
Led the rearchitecture of a monolithic on-premises application into AWS microservices on Docker and Kubernetes.
Owned custom haptic VR training systems for enterprise clients end-to-end as primary technical decision-maker.
2018 - 2019
English Language Teacher - Japan Exchange Teaching (JET) Program
Taught 1,000+ elementary and 500 middle school students, adapting curriculum using self-taught Japanese (JLPT N2).
2014 - 2018
Bachelor of Honors Science - Kinesiology - McMaster University
Agentic HarnessSystem
The work I'm proudest of isn't a repo, it's a system: the agentic engineering harness I built to make Claude Code repeatable across personal and delivery work — skill files, routing rules, operating modes, and token budgets. The console on the landing page is the short version; this is the whole catalog, with the runner-up match and the trigger conditions each skill advertises.
Portable project model
One operating model, every host
The same harness runs across ChatGPT, Claude Code, and Codex. I keep context narrow: one control center, one Project per business, one coordination chat, and one chat per distinct outcome. Work stays grounded in the repository, queue, and pull request; bounded parallelism uses isolated worktrees.
Explore the harness- 01 Project stable business context
- 02 Main chat current coordination
- 03 Outcome chat one result at a time
- 04 Repo and PR durable handoff
This is a simulation, not a live agent. It runs the same keyword matching a router skill would apply to the descriptions and trigger conditions below — there's no model behind this page.
